Day spa

By far one of the best spa's I've been too. I did not come out feeling sore, just felt great. The therapists were very friendly. I will definitely be going back there.

Not very happy with the level of service I got. Had an appointment, rocked up on time and all and midway based on what I had booked an appointment for, now I'm told about extras that I must pay for which is ridiculous considering I booked and paid in advance. Also, just overall in terms of time and technique, I just was not impressed. Sweet people but it's a huge no from me

Absolutely amazing Spa. Up class, friendly and great staff members. This is by far the best Spa with affordable prices in the whole of Midrand. I would refer anyone any day! Don't hesitate to spoil yourself like I did!

This place is unreliable and quite frankly don’t care about customer service!We received a confirmation email for our booking but when we showed up there was no booking.We then reached out to the manager Ipileng for help and almost a week later she hasn’t responded!We treated them with respect though out but clearly they don’t respect us as customers.

Was there for my lashes twice asked if they could do volumes. I was booked and same story everytime. I lay down and then the lady says she cannot do volumes. I was so disappointed as i had an event i needed to glam up to. had to pay R600 for a set that doesnt even look like a full set and still had to get it properly done the next day at another salon that had to squeeze me in. It is definitely not even worth a full set the worst part of all of this is i booked for nails and lashes. After my nails the lady laid me down told me to get comfortable and then returned to tell me she took to long on my nails her other client is on her way she doesnt know what to do can i come back!! I just completely refused.

Beautiful scenery, lovely gardens. Staff all very well trained and friendly. Accommodation excellent. Only needs decent free Wi-Fi to make it prefect.(You do get enough free Wi-Fi to download about one email.)

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED, because if you had done the massage with them and the massage resulted in health problems, they will not listen to you. I’m Thai myself but the service and the massage is terrible. I called to tell the owner about the side effect on my lower back pain after the massage, but instead of genuinely apologizing or inquiring to get the appropriate details, she kept blaming me for carrying out inappropriate activities after the massage when I didn’t do anything after the massage session . Moreover, she rudely asked me if I’m a doctor to diagnose and conclude myself that it’s really a medical problem. Therefore, I asked her, “OK, so if I do get a medical check up result, will you accept the mistake? Will you be responsible for it?” She rudely shouted, “how do you want me to be responsible?” So I said, “Since we started this conversation over the phone, you haven’t even apologize to me at the very least.” She then sarcastically said “Sorryyy with an awful attitude and hung up the call on me.
