Shoprite Pimville

The planning in this place is very good and effective. Most of the people arrive very early from six o' clock to que for the opening time and thy also maintain the 2meter distances between each other.lets give them a round of applause.Halala Pimville community ,let us abide the rules of staying at home and continue sanitizing ,and distancing according to the rules.Thanks

The prices at ShopRite are expensive compared to other stores around.

It has bad service especially the money market service. They have more than 3 tills but only 1 or 2 tills will be occupied and the rest are just free and no cashier will be available whilst there's a lot of people queuing.

On the 28.08.2022 was assisted by Tsakani Baloyi who was unhelpful and unprofessional. She complains to me that frozen meat pack I have she can't find or get other numbers. I tell her make a plan wipe do whatever as I need this meat pack. Attitude changes from her side. I honestly don't know what was expectation. She finishes scanning doesn't call packer to assist her. Stops the queue pack herself while other co workers are walking around not doing anything. Are we expected to pack ourselves when there are people who earns money for that particular task its really absurd. It looks like its a norm at Pimville square. I asked for cash back she tells me she's from lunch has no money. Called some lady to assist she then doesn't follow up leaves me standing there continues with another customer. The nerve was beyond rude. I went to lady to a lady the cashier was calling she gladly assists me. Thanks to her maybe I would still be standing waiting for help even today.

I wanted cash back and it was given to me without hesitation.

It's a nice place where you can get your small groceries, the service is okay. There's also other stores in the center like Pep, A chemist where you can get most medicine, liquor, a new KFC and a book store.

Good ambience, a bit small especially on busy hours. Good customer service and clean

Poor service at this ShopRite, it's not even clean compared to other ShopRite I've been too. They need to improve their queuing system they now their pick period but you will find till points that are empty.
