Absolutely worst experience at the technical side by the radios.. staff act like they don’t see you… then has a lazy attitude to assist in any manor…

I wish there was an option to not give a star at all. Just walked out of the Game Centurion Mall store I came looking for a sleeping bag and asked one of the shop assistants for help they sent me to go look at a wall at the back somewhere, I asked the gentleman but is there no one who can help me he advised go to the wall you'll find it there. I went to the wall where there was nothing. I called the store manager to advise of the pathetic service I am receiving in this store. He advised he is coming to help me so I had to make a phone call for service. There was a bag I wanted but I'd rather get it from Makro which I am my way too Service people service! Stay away from this store

I had the worst experience yesterday, my wallet was stolen, therefore I don't have my Game Card. The Account hasn't been used in months and the day I decide to make use of it it turns into an hour long back and forth.I had to verify myself and my details three times, holding on the phone in store, just to get my card replaced. It is a new age and time, there are much better systems in place for this type of thing, making me do it three times was ridiculous. That took almost an hour.After receival of my new card I got to the till, packed groceries into bags myself, whereafter the card would not go through due to numerous errors and I was ensured it would definitely work.I lost my temper, which is something that does not happen often.The service was pathetic, I was so over it I just left the trolley standing there.

It will definitely be my last visit to game in centurion mall. The staff in that store doesn't even try to assist. All I hear is if it's not there its finished when I explained that it's been moved from that place and I'm not sure where to, they don't even bother saying let me check or even check the system only if it's not there it's finished and that's just the beginning of my experience at Game centurion mall. I then went to the vodacom side of game where I had taken a contract in 2021 and I needed assistance with the contract end date. She was helping another customer but at the same time asking one of her colleagues why those people standing there with the papers and they must call customer care. She said it in a different language thinking my husband and I don't understand. I felt that was a bit racist because she never even speak to us or even tried to help to see what's wrong. So we ended up leaving and going to vodacom itself. Only to find out that the person who did my contract in 2021 at game store in centurion mall made a big mess up. I took a 24 months contract and put my initials next to the 24month contract but when I phone vodacom they say my contract ends in 2024 which makes it a 36 month contract. The part where I had to sign each paper the person put 36 months there. But the initial form I said 24 months. The copy I have is 24 months. When they want us to take out contracts they willing to help but when there's a problem they not willing to assist.

It's a whole lot of store with more products than you would expect. From fresh food to gym equipment, they seem to have it all.

Great service when I sent my product in for repairs. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The most helpful staff at game help you find whatever you are looking for with ease. I needed a car cover but wasn't sure of the size. They took the time to help me get the measurements and recommended me to get the perfect one I needed.Thank you game

Worst service yet. Bought a washing mashine on saturday and was told i can get delivery on monday. I even spoke to customer care and no one could give me any answers. Need someone to contact me asap
