I'm a futon freak, only sleep on them. Had beautiful old school Japanese ones. No longer available in SA. Have struggled to find good ones here. Blown away by mine from futons online. Well priced, superb quality and the coms with the company as well as delivery so smooth. Highly recommend. I bought king size futon and base. Nikki

Even before I purchased the product, they answered all my questions and gave me the clarity and peace of mind I needed promptly and clearly. I was shocked, the product arrived in 2 days! The packaging was great. Preassembled, so easy to fit into your space. I don’t think I could recommend it anymore. I am ready to get behind any product futon online offers!5 star work!

Phenomenal service and swift response time too. The quality of the futon is top notch so don't expect something light and flimsy. The grey colour has a beautiful shine to it and compliments the room too. Comfortable as a couch, day bed, and bed so what more can you ask for. Hubby was expecting a varnish to the base but I don't mind it. Thanks Duncan. I wish your business great success.

Since day one after ordering my futon I received not good but great customer service from Duncan. After ordering and contacting the group asking about the purchase confirmation email that I somehow missed, I was resent an email of purchase confirmation. Upon delivery of my order I discovered that I received the incorrect ordered color. Upon investigation the group concluded that the courier in error made a mistake. Duncan communicated throughout the process until I was satisfied with my purchase. Having a sales consultant like Duncan on your team, I am confident that your already established business can only flourish from strength to strength.
