The pizza was good but the staff is incompetent, they don't even call out your order when it's done. I had to stand up and check on my own order after I had waited for a long time. Only to find the pizza already done!

The service is poor, hosts have no regard for a customer based service. Cashiers do not respect customers, they chat amongst themselves making the ordering process long and unprofessional, maybe it's a black based service

Worst service from the Diepkloof store, think you ought to invest in telephone etiquette training for your staff. Spoke to a Nomthandazo today who was very abrupt and just hung up before we were done speaking.

Very poor service. Don’t bother ordering, it’s a waste of your time and money. I called multiple times to try and get help as my order was not tracking and it was not arriving. When someone finally answered I was transferred to multiple employees who were not even interested in helping. I ended up cooking. You’ll be so disappointed
