I actually wanted to rate half a star for finding the product I wanted, my experience was different and very disappointing for a company as big as Shoprite, the cashiers there don't give good customer service and this is not my first time experiencing this kind of service, they lack respect and don't treat customers fairluly, they're also impatient which is quite shocking as this contradicts the values of the organisation therefore I wouldn't make a return visit or request anyone to shop there.
