I always turn to Nandos for a healthy hot chicken option and also had many good experiences with this brand.This evening due to the loadshedding our usual Nandos outlet in Musgrave center was closed ,we decided we go to Springfield .The sit in area was not available only take away option was available.The chicken was burnt and dry, it had zero sauce. It tasted like boiled chicken. This was my worst experience with Nandos.The wedges were not wedges ,it was a mix of chips and some wedges .The livers were mild and not hot. The roll that came with the livers was the only thing that kept the Nandos standard sadly .I'm and so frustrated with this meal but I don't want to waste my time driving back to the shop and spoil my Xmas sprit .With so much competition to Nandos I now see why people prefer Pedro's or Africaz chicken.Seems like Nandos is only good at making adverts these days.I will be giving my Labrador the rest of the chicken ...its that's bland. Forcing me to type emails like this at this hour of the night can only highlight my disappointment and frustration of the lack of quality control and poor customer satisfaction with Nandos.I will also be sharing my experience with other customers so that they don't fall in the same trap that I did!

The service was standard as per Nandos but the quality and size of the chicken was not good at all as it was dry and stringy. I do think it may have been a once off so if I visit again I will ask them to please serve a better quality of chicken.

Tables were dirty, we waited too long for someone to come and clean. as a result, it attracted flies. 4 staffers on lunch, they didn't even look our way. I had to clean it myself with tissues from my bag. Unacceptable

Orderd and was let's down again, the hot half chicken had just some sprinkles, that's all, no sauce. The chips were terrible, the prego burger had a chicken filet and 2 onion rings with some spice sprinkles, the kiddies burger had a stale hard bun that was broken in 2. Time to clean up your act

I was robbed for my cellphone in the resturant whilst the employees watched. My cellphone was taken from me and I was held by the robber whilst another accomplance tried to scare me, this was at the take away pick up point in the restaurant. No employee or security did a single thing to assist, nor did they press the panic button or call security. They just watched me get robbed, after I was robbed the manageress packed my take away. Manageress further stated that I can come back with a police document for footage. How on earth does she expect me to come back to a place that I was robbed?????? I had to ask her to call her area manager, she came back and stated that she called the branch manager and there was nothing else to do except come back with a police document for footage.01.05.2023You may think that your humor may console me after being robbed, I don't think that it is funny.I have sent an email as requested, and I haven't got a response.I did not get a call back from the restaurant, the owner or manager doesn't even have the decency to call. I had to call in, they informed me that now the SAPS will request the footage.

The food at this nandos is good quality food prepared very well MOST of the time. They do have their one or two days off where they mess up your order. Service however is abit poor. Staff seames over whelmed and not ready to attend to customers on the moment of them walking into the store.

Although the venue itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was dismal. We ordered chicken pregos with chips and the chicken portion was smaller than even a children’s portion. It was clear that the chicken fillet was cut into half as it was very thin and small. The roll was also stale and falling apart.
