The Royal Trot is one of the most amazing companies I have ever come across in terms of service excellence. Firstly and most importantly let me extend my heartfelt gratitude for the super wonderful service received during the burial of my dad. There is a lot of professionalism, good code of conduct amongst staff as well as high level dress sense which suits the funeral predicament. The experience is quite impressive hence time management and quality service is on top of their priority list. Finally and of cognizance to note I learnt abt it from my ex in laws whilst they provided a service during my former mother in law s place in waterberg district.... Bakenberg area... I highly rate it the highest because of excellent service.... Areas of improvement I recommend would be at times to post full photo of the deceased as per family needs

The service was excellent, I was thrilled with the overall service from Mr Mpho always calling and checking if we everything is in order to him making it 2 hours before the wedding ,The groom ddnt know about the surprise and The royal trot made it possible and special for us.The cartridge is clean and accommodative. The driver was so kind and worked with us well to give the love birds the grand entrance they deserve..I'm very much happy

Wow!! What an incredible Royal experience!! The warm and professional service, Mpho is a great communicator, gives feedback at every step of the process, he gave us time and is very flexible. Royal Trot offers more than just value for money, they offer excellence above par.Their staff and horse riders look professional and are kind. what a lovely experience and lovely suprise.the horse trail was fun,interesting.the owner and his stuff were kind,petient ,friendly and cheerful.not forgerting the horse bullet who was not sulky he was so relaxed and cooperative.and Groom and Bride were happy.its happen for another wedding i will recommend you.....❤❤❤❤

The staff was welcoming, friendly and patient with us, it was a little bit scary for the first time but they had time for us to guide on how and what to do with the behavior of our horse.....they took a ride with us to make sure that we are comfortable on our ride,, so yes we highly recommend this place
