Dear Smart Appliance Management1. I waited weeks for you to come out and access my appliances.2. I paid R600 for 4 quotes (Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing Machine). You never sent me a quote on the fridge.3. When you delivered my dishwasher, you had the perfect opportunity to bring back my washing machine and microwave. You charged me more to fix those appliances than what it would have cost to buy a new one.4. Weeks passed and then you called me to bring back my washing machine. I asked you to bring back the microwave, at the same time... Till today, no microwave.5. I Was told you can't get the gasket. I googled the fridge and model, emailed the first company on my search and easily got a quote for the same gasket, you claim you cannot find.Please contact me. I have asked reception, the delivery guys, I mailed you, I sent you a message on Facebook, but I am being ignored.

My washing machine was handed in to the team in Durban North in October 2022. It is now March 2023 and I still don’t have a working machine returned even after paying the quote. Service is terrible. Lots of issues in between. I would not recommend or deal with them ever again.

Smart appliance repair centre in Blackburn Road were just awesome in assisting me and sorting out my problem\issue that I had with my fridge sufficiently. A special thank you to Kayla on constantly keeping in touch with me and basically being at my beck and call in sorting out my situation. Kayla thank you for the follow up call after everything was sorted out just to make sure that all was still in order and that I was happy. Really appreciate it. The technicians were super helpful and friendly as well. 5 stars from my family and I .

These people have had my washing machine for well over a month now, and after numerous promises that I will recieve my machine for the last 3 weeks , I still don't have my machine... quite frankly if you are gonna make promises to your customers then I think you should hold to it... I've yet to even see my washing machine let alone comment on whether or not they fixed it... I was even told that l recieve my machine today before 8pm. ..I guess you are good at one thing, lying to your customers... very poor customer service and I will not recommend them .

I phoned in they sent a technician out a day later. I was advised by said technician of problem. Nerosha phoned me the next day to say they need to pick fridge up, I say that was not communicated by technician. Kayla phones say need to monitor fridge & forcefully says it needs to be done they will pick fridge up at a certain time on Friday. I phone Saturday to check on fridge to be informed by Kayla they only work 4hrs. After a week fridge is repaired" & delivered. I phone Saturday no answer

Had technician come out to assess our oven and told a new fan was needed. No problem. Only I've waited over 4 weeks now to receive a quote. I have even gone into their office to ask for it in person. Called them 4 times to remind them. And promised to have to quote in next 30 mins... Still waiting a week later... Terrible service!

Absolutely amazing service...I didnt get everyone's names but thank you to Celine and Kayla...All the staff were extremely friendly and always went that extra to help clients...I can strongly recommend them!!

Great service and impressive work by qualified and knowledgeable technicians I would highly recommended anyone to use this comoany for any home appliance problems

We have received extremely bad and poor services. In a space of two months we had to return a repaired fridge twice.The sales ladies or customer service have attitude and speak with a very bad rude tone. They don’t communicate progress, you mostly have to call to follow up then they will keep you waiting over the phone for a long time.Definitely would not recommend this place. Service is extremely appalling! Customers are not respected at all, you feel as if you owe them something.

I called these guys on Saturday at 09:00 to get them to replace my washing machine pump. I was informed that someone would come over and there was no possible way for them to even almost give me an estimated time. I called back at 11:45 to check if someone would still show since I had no communication and I knew their office closed at 12:00. The rude lady told me that they would definitely come when they had time. At 17:00 (still not so much as a call or text to tell me that they were running late or wouldn't be able to make it) I stopped waiting and called Appliance Repair King who told me that they would only be able to send someone on Sunday. After a few minutes I got a Whatsapp telling me the agent and what time on Sunday they would be able to come through. I will certainly never use the Smart Appliance Centre" people again."
