Do not waste your money on Essops , they are good at collecting money and providing below par service! have been sent from pillar to post all because i want them to come collect the damaged chairs they delivered. after they delivered the incorrect table. choose alternatives ESSOPS will surely disappoint you

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from these idiots! When I purchased 3 large ornamental vases on the 1st of August from the Carnival Mall branch I was promised delivery within 3 weeks. A month later I called to enquire and thats when the excuses and promises of imminent delivery started piling up. First it was the supplier's fault, then it was the fault of the painter, then , sorry, we dont know why the delivery guy didn t deliver and on and on and on Imtiaaz kept on giving excuses and apologies. These guys will beat any government department at the incompetency game hands down. I've had it with them

Recieved broken furniture from essops which they refused to change after spending over 200K in store...empty promises from sales person Dudu

Thanks to Sabelo Zuma for an excellent service. I went Essops home atGateway Mall to look for a lounge suite. He assisted me with pleasure and heknows his product very well. Companies must keep these kind of people to giveexcellent service. That's what we need when we come to the stores

Should be ZERO STARS - stay away from Essops, by far the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The entire company seems to be badly managed from the top down, customer service does not exist and staff have no etiquette nor do they return calls.No stock of most of the items on the floor and staff have no idea of how to manage clients or expectations. Terrible company that should not be supported if you value your sanity.
