Great service from a lady by the name of Joy

The salesperson and regional manager was helpful. The store manager did not bother to call us. So no,we went somewhere else. Customers actually has a choice.

I am deeply disgusted with there service regarding my refund I received no feedback after I spoke to imaan she said that she will contact me back regarding my refund money was debited out of my account for no reason and when I called and forwarded my bank statements no 1 has still given me feedback regarding my refund I have no contract with them nothing so for me to debit my account it's unecceptable.

The worst service received from this paticular store. Will never buy from this branch ever.

I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy at Lewis stores i logged a complaint about my washing machine that has been flooding my kitchen and toilet on the 17th of December 2020 no ome contacted me again regarding when they would fix or repair it i contacted the store and they kept redirecting me to different people after half and hour the manager comes on the phone after i was told his in an interview with head office only to be told that my complaint was only logged the next day and because its weekend they would take 48hrs or even longer in business time so please don't buy from this store all they careabout is money and not fixing problems.
