Regular experience of a simple drive thru order taking more than ten minutes... Sometimes, and not exaggerating, longer than twenty minutes...And about 1 in 10 risk of the order being wrong.Plus you can expect to be harassed by one to three beggars while in the queue... I'm sympathetic to people's financial plight but being harassed after saying no or helping out is just more discomfort added to the Pinelands McDonald's experience.This review written while in the queue for thirty minutes. No jokes

My daughter place order 3393 at 19h00 after about 30 minutes she ask one of the employees where my order. They only started to prep it at 19h30. Then I heard how Mr D drivers argue with staff about wrong orders supplied. Truly I was very disappointed. My daughter like McDonald's food me I hate McDonald's food will never eat McDonald's anywhere

I went instore ordering supper in Ramadaan. The staff was amazing, the wait time was not long at all, I waited five minutes before a lovely lady came up to me and requested my slip and basically rushed on the kitchen staff to get my order done prepared as it was a large order. I thanked her, of course, and she told me she wouldn't want my family waiting on supper as we need to break our fast. She assisted me to the car with my order as well. Amazing service!

Pinelands mc donalds is the worst store unfriendly take there time and when you get to the last window they give your food and hurry you off just to find out food is wrongI bought 3 different meals paid seperately for all three only for the food to be stuffed together in a smal bag when i enquired its for my staff and I wanted it seperatelyI was told I should have said soWhat is the reason for the seperate order and paymentI received a call from the store after I complained and the person asked me what the complaint was about as the complaint is stil open at customer care when I tried to explain she talked over meI then said you talking over me give me a chance to explain she then said oh you breaking up ill call you backlm still waitingThe worst customer service

McDonald's Pinelands might as well not exist. On more than one occasion we were told that they do not have ice-cream. Chips are mostly not fresh, items boxed in incorrect boxes, missing condiments. Getting the orders wrong. I'm so tired of the inconsistent service. And it's always the Pinelands branch!!!

Hi very vad experience. Bought takeaway. They did not have cooldrinks cups, no cup holders and no box for the Grande Chicken which looked smaller than normal. No servietten, no chicken nuggets and no watermelon fizz. Previous occasion that had no lettuce and no toys. What a disaster, it only gets worse everytime we go there. Unacceptable
