This burger is always empty and the staff are really great. they communicate nicely, they always are friendly and never hold back on extra nacho sauce (that could be because i am a regular. hahaha) but regardless. between this burgerking, karaglen and Greenstone. i never have any issues. keep up the good work guys.

A real disappointment. The sales counter was dirty and cluttered, boxes of mayonnaise, cups everywhere slips all over. The kitchen looked disgusting and there was food and rubbish trampled into the floor, the restaurant was dirty too. Tables dirty, rubbish everywhere and tables not clean. Collected my order and went home, it was the wrong package, went back to correct and got the wrong order again. The chaos in the restaurant was so bad, that there is no control. Guess how long I waited for my order......since 1954. Won't be back

Mozzarella sticks were completely bland, wings were burnt but the burgers were good.We asked for a strawberry shake and got a vanilla shake.The lady serving us was very friendly, but absolutely slow, we waited a long time for our food and she was literally dragging her feet.Lastly, the place was very dirty. Clearly the tables hadn't been cleaned for a while before we arrived and they only cleaned them as we were leaving.Overall rather disappointing.

Lovely in overall. Can't complain of anything.Friendly staff. Excellent service.One thing I have noticed about life, you will often get what you put in. You come to a restaurant with an attitude, no ways that you will leave happy or even enjoy food. Everything you see and experience will reflect the attitude you carry in you to the restaurant. I will only complain if the smile I gave, the respect and the love is substituted with bad attitude, and bad service. Sometimes we blame restaurants and staff for bad or horrible service and exaggerate our experiences, whereas horrible and bad is the attitude we came with. Thanks

Apparently i had the worse experience ever received in a restaurant i have been there 3 times , they don't take costumers serious with their attitude i will never visit that branch my first time they got my order mixed up and forgot other on their shelve ( forgot to pack them ) i phone Lydia was apologetic she initiated i can come next time i will get the wings + 1 free , when i got there they refused to give to me as Lydia was not inn that day they said i must come back another day . i came back after few day decided to order burger and get my free wing , they said she is not inn again i should call before coming and the lady was rude i ask for manager she said ok will give to you . our order took almost 1hr and half then boom loadshedding they told us they will refund coz the is no electricity i told them we waited so long them we not getting food but our food was ready they where just lady to check yet again the forgot the wings again luckily i checked before we left and they said we must come another day as the oil was cold i refused and they made a plan however the was oil all over we had to dry them with serviette before eating .the was also costumers fighting for bad service . we left without drinks coz of loadshedding .they need serious training and the manager he has the attitude Aswell he is giving bad leadership example they must learn from another branches they are so perfect and breath taking especially Midrand and greenstone .

This Burger King should rather just close shop. Their service is slow and the food is disgusting. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and the patty was like biltong. Dry cold and awful with old soggy lettuce on. We also ordered the cheesy bacon chips and again cold and awful eith some beef cut up on top - no bacon. Just don't go there you are wasting your money

They are so rude and play music like it's a club. The music was so loud that ear drums were hurting. We had to shout very loud to get attention. The stuff started mocking us for telling them the music is too loud. Had to leave shop, who's going to eat food from a person who is obviously not happy with you. The disrespect this people have!
