DO NOT STAY HERE. i repeat! DO NOT STAY at Live Easy Rivonia.i informed management 2 weeks prior that I am moving out end of the month. I am still waiting for my refund, a total of R30 360 for rent. I have been writing emails asking for my refund & all the time i’m being told “we are still processing the funds”.on Monday i am going to the police station. i am sick & tired of this place!!! i will expose them for who they really are till i get my total refund. i want my money.

Every little thing needs to be chased 1000 times, empty promises made when brought to their attention. You literally do not who to report maintenance issues to as responses made are just made to get you out of the way. Been without hot water and it's just tiring to pay for services and you are forever complaining. Horrible service all in all.

Their lifts don't function and when stuck inside they don't assist. We were stuck in there for over 5 hours and were assisted by other tenants while the security guards were in their guardhouse with their heater on and with not care in the world while they knew that we were stuck.The building manager, Martin, told us that he cannot assist us after his working hours. No remorse was shown whatsoever

The apartments are tiny with very thin walls that you can literally hear everything that's happening next door. The lift is hardly working, the building is always out of water, the building manager is very rude and talks to tenants like his talking to a bunch of naughty children. I would not recommend Live Easy Rivonia at all.

Very happy with the Live/Easy Rivonia apartments. The apartments are modern, clean and reasonably priced! The security is great, both resident entrance/exit as well as car parking security.Management responds to queries such as maintenance, everything is convenient! And definitely appreciate the noise control

Cockroaches are everywhere , I wouldn’t advise anyone to live here .It should be on your advertisement as well “ beware Live easy has cockroaches you will be sharing your space with them “And nothing can be done about it.Listen to my advice and do not come here you will regret it.

This is the worst place for anyone to live! I had the worst experience living here. The reception people are rude and have bad attitudes. The walls are made of cupboard you can here everything your neighbours are doing. You get charged for things you don't even know. If your rent is 3000 you'll pay at least 4200 at the end of the month. The WiFi is bad and doesn't work half off the time. There is sometimes no water and management doesn't communicate that with you at all. If something breaks in your room like the toilet seat they won't even attend to it, mine has been broken since April and I report it every month

Extremely unprofessional.I called Onnica and she confirmed that I can go through to do a viewing any time from 9am till 5pm. I got there at 4:15pm only to be turned away. The security says they are closed and I couldn't view the place. I called Onnica to confirm and she advised that they" just changed the times and she was unaware till just recently. Waste of time and petrol. I would not recommend this place to anyone because clearly they are incompetent and I'm definitely no longer interested in any of the Live Easy apartments."

Worst place one can ever stay..a nightmare to be precise,what I viewed when I applied and what I got when I moved in are just 2 different things ..the cables and fittings are broken they don't wanna fix ..when I expressed my concern was told will be moved when something avails and I'm still expected to pay R4.8 excl lights and water for a studio that can only fit a bed..they won't even give a deposit refund I don't encourage anyone to stay here
