Tried the new 'Zumba with David' classes and had a blast!Not being any good at dancing myself, it didn't matter since the moves are fun to try and easy to learn, but most of all a thorough, full-body workout.Will definitely be going back for more!!

Back to Basics is the best! The classes are small and intimate. Hannah and Megan are great instructors. They are professional and experienced. Individual care is provided where needed. Their skills are off the charts. Thanks for a great workout every week!

Although online lessons have their place, I have really enjoyed getting back into a small studio and doing Pilates. Even on days where I have had to drag myself into studio, I have always left feeling better and ready to face the day!Thank you to Michelle and the team for well prepared classes, experienced advise and for caring about my hip flexors so much! You have created a relaxed environment where I feel comfortable enough to try, make mistakes and learn.

This studio is exactly what you need when you need to have fun, dance and Zumba your heart away!!!! David's zumba classes are always jam packed with fun, laughter, wiggles and inspiration. He brings a special vibe and love for life to the class, rarely found these days and for this, I highly recommend him any day!!!!!!!!

Exceptional knowledge of anatomy and in so doing help in your posture, trimming the edges off" and generally leave you after your session ready to face whatever comes.
