I’ve been doing Pilates with Rieksie for many years & have become totally addicted to my twice weekly sessions. Rieksie has rehabilitated me after surgery to knees, hips & shoulders & kept me fit & supple enough to continue riding my horses.Her studio in charming Bosmans Crossing is spacious & decorated in style with full length mirrors & all the necessary equipment . Rieksie is competent & professional, & while she challenges one with her exercises , one feels confident that she is never going to overstep the mark & cause injury.Highly recommended!
