Urgent care center

I would have given zero stars if I could. Pathetic service!!!

I can honestly say thanks to new management, the place has been turned around. I am happy for my grandad to stay there. I know he is well taken care of and it is a pleasure to visit with all the positive change there!

Some carers are great and really do care about their patients. Drivers have a issue everyday, and the carers arrive at their place of work highly upset because of how the drivers treat them during transportation.

They made life a little easier at a very tough time. Nosi the night nurse is an Angel on earth.

7th Heaven might not be a modern abode and needs attention but the love and.care that my mom receives makes up for all the materialistic things that people rate on. She is very frail and almost bedridden. Taking the monthly.rates into considerstion and add the compassion, love and care that the friendly staff provide i will recommend itFancy buildings.cannot.make up for love and.compassion.

Ethembeni care centre is a place of hope where warm hearted friendly care is offered

If I could give a minus 100 I would have...this is THE most awful excuse for a care facility that I have EVER seen..disgusting disgusting...moving right along...I see as recently as 2 days ago..11/09/21...a post was made that this facility is under new management...so........what are the reimbursements for the beloved family that suffered under the old management???.....name and shame!!!!!...ahh and when a review has the same surname as you......

Pathetic service. My daughter of 3 was injured. As i was very traumatized i parked in a area where there was no sign that i can not park there. Dr Rademeyer came in Reception and asked who parked there with a chev utility. I had to go and move my car and he did not even go and park there. I asked him why dont he park there and he said o i talked about this car without any apology. More than an hour later im still waiting for service. The help desk said there's only one wound treatment unit in trauma unit. Pathetic is all i can say. Never again.I must ad, the medical staff and Dr Jaco was absolutely amazing with my baby. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and manner you treated my baby girl. Management is the only problem.

My elderly father waited 6 hours to be attended to. Then a clueless confused Dr told me he had been 'too busy' to examine him but diagnosed a 7 year pre- existing condition that we had told the nurses and other staff about 5 times.. Really poor standard of care.

Terrible practice, do no recccomend. Dr doesn't care or even listen.. No empathy for the sick. Service is bad.
