Bad expiererance. Still waiting for a reply on my whatsapp of 10 days ago

My washing machine needed a service and a part or two replaced. Anthony helped me with that so quickly and efficiently and my washing machine is as new again!! Thanks so much!

So our washing machine had a problem and needed to be fixed.Was recommended to use Appliance repair cerntre.They were quick to arrange collection of thw washing machine. I was quoted for work to be done to the machine and i paid the same day.Washing machine returned but work that i was charged for was not done.Machine returned dirty and pressure switch was suppossedly replaced.Will not recommend that you do business with them.Thank you Anthony for taking more than 2 weeks to respond to my complaint...Stay away... Very far away

I haven't found what I needed

Appliance repair center collected my fridge for two weeks and since then I have not heard a single word. I called to follow up and was given Anthony (the owner's) number. I called him and asked what the status of the fridge, he said he will fix it and come back to me, they return the fridge making lot of sounds and when i checked they put a small copper pipe on my fridge and after 1 week it was not working again, i also called him again and he said he will return to me even now my fridge is not working

Appliance repair center collected my tumble drier two weeks ago and since then I have not heard a single word. I called to follow up and was given Anthony (the owner's) number. I called him and asked what the status of the repair was and why they could not communicate with me that they were battling to get a part. He said it was not possible to communicate with me until he found the part. I think that is a ridiculous excuse it takes two minutes to pick up the phone and tell a customer that things are in progress and are taking time. He then told me I was having a bad day and that is not how they do business. Poor service and that from the owner. One would think they would appreciate all their customers.I most certainly would not recommend this company.
