Between 2011 and 2012 me and my father spent a lot of money with the owner George.We first went to collect a Pele piece which I found on bidorbuy and when we saw his showroom we were blown away, so we both decided to purchase quite a few things.It took him forever to deliver the products we purchased and eventually when we got them we were very impressed, so naturally we purchased more items.One of the pieces which was in the bar room fell and George came to collect it to repair - at the same I purchased a commemorative shirt signed by Messi when he broke the record for most goals in a calendar year and there were a few other items which he was letting go of which my father purchased. He promised he would frame and deliver everything, and at the same time bring the COA's for everything he previously delivered.Weeks went by and George was nowhere to be found, always made excuses as to why he couldn't deliver, that he had no money to do the framing for us due to personal issues etc.I know that this was a while ago, however since then we have never been able to get hold of George, nor did he even try and compensate us for anything.To put it into context, I was only 16 years old in 2012 when he managed to do this - I can't imagine the things he may have done to others in this time.I'll never forgive George for this, and I can only hope that he forever feels the guilt he should for having the nerve to have done this.

If you think Specialized and connect it to overpriced you are dead wrong. I have had exceptional service every time at a lower cost than my 'local' store. Today a small change was made and it was done 'free' of charge. I did not expect or want it for free, but they insisted. In addition the workmanship, knowledge, service and range of stock is superb.

Would highly recommend the service of Specialized Stellenbosch.Very professional. Taking my bike there I know it will come back in excellent condition.

Somehow it's impossible to get a Specialized cycling computer after buying a bicycle from them. It's been months and multiple queries and phone calls. Nobody seems interested solving the problem. You can find them on international ecommerce shops, but somehow the local importers cant find them. (TDC / TDC2)

Great and fantastic.

Highly recommend (Feb 2023). Two bikes booked in for last minute service (my fault for leaving things to the last minute), quite a few finnicky details like moving tribars from one bike to another. Promises kept on time, every detail attended to, good advice on purchases and surprisingly modest invoice (nothing left out). Both bikes purring. Definitely still my first choice (since 2019).

For Liverpool supporters a must. Great set up just lack of organisation on Big night events, there are a lack of barman and the bouncers are unsure how to handle the front door. Other than that plenty of alcohol and great pub grub.
