Can't believe I searched high and low to get a leather repair done and by chance found this little shop by chance...5mins in and out... He had all the right tools and many years of experience in those hands!

Good repair place. Have had several shoes and luggage repaired here. Not enough people get their shoes and clothes and bags repaired. We need to reuse, repair and recycle as much as we can for the sake of environment, economy and society.

Prag Shoes & Leather have been in our town since before I was a puppy. A wonderful family business with a legacy of note... run by great people. Their service is beyond excellence and the friendliest you could imagine. There's no other place to consider for repairs especially to leather goods. Highly recommended.

Very obliging, courteous and friendly. If it possible they have been willing to help with items that need repairing quickly prior to flights.In addition we use them to repair anything related to horse tack . Bridles, saddles etc.Its always been the same for our family for 15 years. Excellent.

Enquired at various places if they could fix my suitcase. Everyone said it would take at least one week to three weeks. Until one shop told me to go to Prags.Handed in my suitcase on Saturday for repair. Was told it be ready by Thursday or Friday. Received an SMS on Monday to collect it. Couldn't believe it.Very thankful for the quick and super service I received.

After a few unsatisfying visits at Prag, I thought it suitable to write a review, finally. I took my shoes in to have repaired and cleaned, which they did but somehow they came back a darker colour with extra marks on them. After inspecting and stating that I know what my shoe looked like when I brought it in, I realized that some of the marks were glue that they had used to repair the shoe. I then voiced my dissatisfaction and the response was embarrassing to say the least. The owner denied Prag's part in harming the shoe and did not once apologize for my unhappiness with their service. He then commenced to fix the problem in front of me but just made it worse until I stopped him. I refused to pay full price and after many words, from my side as he had nothing to say, he turned and walked away. NO customer care, NO responsibility, NO respect. and NO returning business from me that's for sure.

Took my leather shoes to be repaired.Quick and friendly service.Great variety of leather goods at reasonable prices.Well worth a visit for leather lovers.

Hemming by hand, breathing life back into worn out shoes and fixing anything that seems beyond repair is what these guys do best. Highly recommended! They are quick too.
