100% recommend! François is amazing. He was extremely helpful as we needed a suitcase fast and he delivered for us! Very grateful and happy with the case.

There was a slight delay with my order, however Francois was on top of things and kept me updated at all times. Courier delivered the parcel just after 10h00 this morning, in time for the birthday tomorrow. Thank you so much for the friendly and prompt service.

Horrible service the delivery was late I kept having to follow up. Eventually the order arrived and was not what they advertised as per the invoice then Franswa still gives me tons of attitude.The delivery guy collected the item the next day and I was promised my refund would be processed on collection of the bag. The bag was returned to them on 29th Oct 22 I kept following up as I have not heard anything back.I eventually called and spoke to Franswa again on 1 November, even though he gave me tons of attitude, he promised my moneys will be back in my account on 2 November 22.I have still not received my refund even though they have their product since 29 Oct. the worst customer service and at no point did I even receive an apology!

After the great experience my sister and I had to purchase her a suitcase last year, I went back to Canal Walk branch this week, where EB and team were yet again fantastic. Assisting with all the relevant info, friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great experience, is how I would describe my visit there. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you're indecisive and unsure what to go for. Thanks EB and team.

The payment options, the flexibility, the understanding of the seller helped me a lot when I had a problem with my payment and delivery. Now I am the owner of a good piece of luggage with a warranty of up to 5 years. A pleasant experience and exemplary professional customer service.

Absolutely outstanding service from Bagworld Menlyn. They provided a level of customer service that is very rare these days. They helped my wife and I find the luggage we were looking for on short notice and made sure they got it to us on time. Appalling, unfriendly service from the lady in Century City! Didn't even bother greeting us but took the time to tell my son that was looking at a purse it's not a toy! Dressed unprofessionally and had her cellphone stuck through her bra! Walked out and would rather pay extra for set for travel bags than deal with a woman that looks like a lemon tree!

The only place I will be buying bags and wallets. Always exceptional service, friendly and professional staff and high quality products both at V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk branches
