Bad bad bad management. Multiple students had issues with the maintenance of the building, one example is having hot water. The whole of winter we suffered and showered with cold water. This is just one of the problems.

Richmond central customer service is top notch, the ladies there are very helpful especially the one who sits at the reception. I'm definitely staying there 2024. I'm inlove with their facilties.

I would give this res a 0 if I could, their service is so horrible, they take time to attend into matters that are urgent. I absolutely regret choosing them. All they prioritize is money, if you skip a few days without paying your finger print gets blocked immediately with no questions asked.

This res is bad. I don’t know what’s going on. The service delivery is bad, I mean we bathing with cold water and the wifi is overall bad. Wits nsfas students even have to top up where UJ nsfas students don’t top up (even for a single room). A lot of work has to be done in this building.

Would give it a zero if i could. We always bath with cold water, basic home equipment takes like a whole year to replace. Building is just falling apart.

Customer service is terrible. The staff don't give you the time of day and they never answer their call for online assistance, which is not convenient for student moving in from other places other than Johannesburg.Its not a very comfortable situation for students.

The Richmond - Student Accommodation.
Management is always there to assist and the securities are very friendly. Good study facilities and great common areas! It is located in a convenient area, making things easily accessible for students. I highly recommend this place for first time students.
