St James Retirement Hotel.
Always held this establishment in very high regard but not anymore. The Manageress Gael Baldwin has a very strange way of dealing with suppliers and is costing the home a lot of money. I am available to explain to anyone who is interested and will gladly supply proof. She is also always impatient and unhelpful and I believe with holds information from the board but openly blames the board and I will again provide proof. I would like to know if the board is aware of this.

Had a lovely lunch. You need to book a few days in advance as the residents and their guests must be seated first. Staff are very attentive.
