It was clean and mostly orderly. It's been a while since I had been in there and didn't know they had a touch screen to order (I know, I should be more with it). The front of house/floor manager was super helpful and energetic and pointed me at the ordering screen and even offered to help, which I declined I felt like an adventure.The food was made quickly handed to me over the counter by a very cheerful person. Overall a positive experience.

A joke of a franchise. It’s either the ice-cream machine/the Krusher machine is broken or something is just not working. The wings are rarely available, you are lucky when you get there and they have them. The drive-thru is the worst, the most inefficient I have experienced in all KFCs across the country. Then there is the ridiculous waiting time and not to mention the nonchalant attitude of the workers. The place is just an epitome of sub-par service. But I guess the management are fine with this since there is no competition (in terms of alternatives) in town and since they know the KFC location is good and people will most likely buy from the place and give in to the poor service.

I once ordered online and chose curbside for my order and when I arrived there was no person to serve us, I had to go inside the store and my meat was burnt. The second time I bought food through the drive through and I asked for a thigh in my all star box meal but I got a drumstick.

The food was ok, they had all we wanted. The service was basically non-existent until one employee came and assisted us. I didn't get his name but he wore glasses, he was amazing and assisted us with a friendly smile and within 10min we had all our food and it all was there!! He is an asset to kfc.

Maybe one cashier on duty. Drive-thru cashier taking numerous orders while normal customers cue... was here last week. Same story. Up your game plz guys. Food and prices are great!
