The staff is very incompetent , I opened a contract there they wrote a wrong debit date now I've been paying fines for two months , I call them numerous times to ask for assistance not even once my call was answered , I had to drive there and when I told them my issue they said they were only sales and gave me a number to call , WHY DID THEY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE !!! From the first place instead of wasting my time and money

There are NINE counters but never more than 5 employees. Most of them can't assist because they are not qualified. The cleaning staff is always standing in the shop doing very little.

The new ticket system in my opinion has slowed the service down considerably. The staff seem to have no real interest in the customer and often go to the room at the back for ages at a time obviously not wanting to work. There are always ques. Be prepared to spend at least an hour queing.

Got billed daily for 3 subscriptions that I didn't subscribe to..I told the lady on the line that I am not paying for stuff I didn't use or apply for...now I keep getting messages that I'm going to be handed over for outstanding fees...then today I got a sms sayn my account is suspended...how do I go about canceling this contract because I'm sick and tired with telkom

They should disconnect their telephone number as no one ever answers.

It now has been 17 days since an honor sales rep sold me an incorrect device saying it was a Samsung honor, I've lost 17 days of work and salary, I might even lose my job because of false sales and being misled, still I have to pay for the device and contract I can't work with....

Absolutely disgusting service, no one takes your call or calls back, been waiting over 5 weeks for my wifi router to be delivered

My family and I are loyal clients of Telkom. My husband and I have persuaded my son to change his service provider to Telkom. Now to our shocking disappointment with the service delivery and endless issues with Telkom, weather going in store or calling customer service, nobody is interested to put this issue to bed. The service is appalling and disgusting. He is being disconnected every month around 20th and being over debited for an amount that is not the debt amount. He has tried all avenues and is now helpless and with Telkom.. I have now stepped in and if nobody contacts me, I will put Telkom and their pathetic service on all Social Media platforms. This is absolutely disgraceful that this is the kind of service yourl offer.

We'll skip the part where their telephone always rings but nobody ever answers, and I mean EVER!! Also has unfriendly stuff, grumpy people.
