Beautiful, luxury products.

They wont exchange my harness size and its unused this is pathetic

Talk about poor marketing and poor quality.Please be aware that if you are buying collars that their products deteriorate extremely quickly.Ordered four collars. My dogs wore their collars daily - just like most dogs would wear a collar (I did buy a waterproof collar for my dog that is often in water and more active). And in a single month they need replacing due to wear-and-tear. I sent an email saying I would like to resolve this, specifically saying I am sure they don’t intend to sell such poor quality for a “bespoke brand”.Their excuse? That it’s “Luxury Range” which is not meant to be worn consistently (even though this information is stated nowhere on their site or t’s & c’s, and this range seemily just shows a change in patterns available on their site (no clear differentiation) AND that it could be due to environment (my back yard)…in fact they gave me a pretty arrogant and lame comparison to show how I am in the wrong - that if I wore a t-shirt daily then I could expect the same result - fairly irrelevant considering the product that they sell and the standard use of those products. This was within their first email response - very clear they weren’t prepared to rectify their mistake of misinformation. Also, the adjustable-size element slips loose a lot, making it hard to stay on a dog.

Absolutely beautiful items and good quality I saw some review saying its bad quality and I have no idea what they are complaining about. It's good material better than I expected! Definitely money's worth.

I am so upset with this company - they sent my order late! past the 15 work day period and i was forced to make an alternative arrangement as i needed the items for my wedding. Not only did they not deliver it on time, they did not respond to my email when I asked about the matter and they refuse to take responsibility when i try to return the items i now don't need as THEY were late. Please steer far away from this one! Not only that, the quality is not up to standard! It really has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences!

Bought a lovely pink harness and leash for my favourite four legged friend when they first opened. 2 years later, the harness and leash are in pristine condition. Would recommend buying your pets their luxury products at Dear Pet.
