Beautiful shop but no service. We drove all the way there to buy a recliner chair. We were greeted friendly as we entered and asked for the recliner chair. Then they told us to go check upstairs. Then no service. Nothing plugged in to see how it worked. Staff standing around down stairs. No attention to customers. We were the only customers in the shop.

What a rip off. How can a lounge suite increase so much in price? Saw this a few weeks back, went on black Friday and it went up by by more than R10k. Was going to buy this, even if the price remained as is,but definitely not now after the ridiculous increase.

No stock, can't be bothered to help. For 30minutes all I heard was sorry no, sorry no, sorry no.EDIT: Went back since a chair and a half is not popular in SA, this time they were extremely helpful, will get my first chair next week and the other 2 in |January. They also agreed to exchange a clock we got when delivering my chair. Service has improved and I hope to give them 5 * come January :D

They have beautiful quality furniture. The staff there is very friendly and always ready to assist customers. If you have the bucks you should try them out.
