Very happy with their service. Turned out electronics is not my thing, so the order that was processed and delivered within 24 hours (really impressed with the order process, everything worked easily, and I got emails at each step of the process) was returned, and the refund was processed within about 2 hours of receive the return. If I ever need anything electronic related again - these guys are definitely going to be my first point of call.

Unfortunately a really bad experience. Bought seven Buck converters, does not perform to supplied spec. Don't believe there is any quality control seeing as five were physically damaged in the form of components being broken off and not soldered correctly.
