I had the most horrible experience. We ordered the plant based wraps assuming that the wraps were purely plantbased, only to find that there was cheese and mayonnaise In there. We then asked that they cater for our diet by remaking the wrap with no cheese or mayonnaise in the coselaw and what we got in return was a wrap with just the plant based strips

Ordered food n 30mins later we still waiting for our food... the funny part is 4 to 5 more tables had been filled out that had been empty n those pple had already received their food... i go to the till to ask the lady that served whats going on n she tells me its something going on with the system? I'm thinking if your system is acting up isn't it common courtesy to check on your customers to see if none of them are still waiting for their food... since you are aware of your system acting up.... even after i made them aware... 2 more tables were served before ours... very disappointed

2 weeks ago when we called in to order all the staff had been changed. When we xame home with our order, the chickens were burnt and they were not fresh.

I have ordered from nandos fordsburg and food was promised to be delivered by 20h25 1 hour later at 21h25 still no food delivery and no refund. They are scammers just taking money from people and delivering what they say.Very upset with app and nandos fordsburg about this.I will not be ordering from any nandos anymore because of this terrible experience from nandos fordsburg.

Nandos Fordsburg very disappointing. Food was horrible. Chips were stale.Chicken tough and dry no sauce at all even though extra sauce was requested. Burgers fillet was tough.

Most horrible nandos I have ever had. Food or chicken was cold the wedges were hard the salad was if the used the veggies from the day before and some looked rotten but my ever endless the cocktail that we purchased had mint in it that was black and still it was being used as if it was freshly picked
