i applied 5 months ago money was deducted, im the one who is doing follow ups every day ,never received any reports from credit pro after making payment ,,im so dissapointed .i was told Chente will call me ,even today im still waiting.i dont even know whats going on with my file at the moment.can anyone please help ,i need to know whats going on as im not getting any feedback from legal pro.this is really unproffesional

Very bad as you don't get any assistances. I have cancer my subscriptions last year. And I May 2023 they deducted my account twice with over six hundred rand.

Excellent and speedy service received by the Credit Legal Pro's team, I have to give a big thank you for their help and support through a very difficult time in my life. My queries were resolved quickly and my concerns were understood with compassion. I have been dealt a bad card with fake companies and scams and when I first signed up I was scared and skeptical but Credit Legal Pro's proved to me that there are still honest companies and they don't just treat you like just another client makes you feel like your family, I have already referred all my family and friends to this amazing company.

I used them in 2021 may and paid R595 once off for their services. To my surprised they billed me again 2023 May, which is 3 years after I used their services. They are the worst, their support line keeps you waiting for more than 30 minutes.I want my money back

This company has dedcuted my money and when I called to enquire they hang up on me. I spent the whole day on the phone being on hold and when someone answers and I start telling them they have been dedcuting my money , they hang up.
