Appliance Repair Guy came withing a few hours of my call. They identified the problem, quoted me, and came back the following day to complete the job. They charged for the part and labour, and I didn't have to make an payment for a call-out fee prior to anyone scheduling an appointment. I will most definitely be calling on them again for any appliance repairs.

Noel responded quickly to my call. Came out to assess the problems with gas hob/electric oven stove. Used genuine brand new spares and the total cost of spares and labour reasonable. He also noticed that oven thermofan was dysfunctional without me having noticed that, which he sorted out for free. By the time he left my stove worked like a brand new one. A true and caring professional customer care I got. I highly recommend him.

I contacted them this morning to repair my stove. Before the end of the day my stove was repaired. They are friendly and fast workers. Would recommend using them

I contacted Noel on Wednesday and on Thursday he had the parts and fixed the stove. Very good service!

Noel took my washing machine and brought it back worse than it was. I sent him videos as proof. He keeps promising to refund, but its over a month now and still no refund. This was a total scam, wast of money and time.

We have used the Appliance Repair Guy a few times now. Each time we have experienced amazing service and technical skills and always willing to problem solve without having to replace an appliance. Highly recommend his services!

Brilliant! I am speechless but I had a lot to tell all my neighbours about the absolutely fantastic service I received. I phoned at 08hrs. Sent photo of my microwave, got quote in minutes and by 10:12 new magnetron had been installed. I am greatly impressed. GO GUYS!

I attempted to engage Noel to repair my washing machine. After canceling the first appointment 15mins before the agreed time(4pm), he made a second for the next day (in his words) which I confirmed. In the interest of transparency he did ask if he could come before 4 but i told him the best I could do was 3:45. I let him know we'd be loadshedding but that we could connect the washing machine to our inverter for testing. He confirmed the appointment and I let him know I'd be home by 3:45 he again said no problem. I waited 45mins before calling to find out if he was still coming and couldn't reach him, my messaged was unanswered until I told him not to come as he obviously did not want my business. He then told me he knocked off at 4. He claimed he tried to meet me but was unsuccessful which I mean clearly. The long and short of it is if you are a working professional who needs an appointment after 4 this is not the company for you and do NOT take Noel's word that he will be able to accommodate you even though he will agree to an appointment after 4 in multiple messages. I am now midway through the week without a working washing machine and chances are slim I'll have one working by the weekend. Total time waster.After posting this review I recieved the following message from Noel/the owner:So you going Birch and morn about me not being able to meet you at convince. I don't sit all day and wait for you to work and come home. I have alot stuff to do. Anyway what parts are going to be ordered after hours. I am not the only service provider. I SURE YOU WILL BE SORTED BY TOMORROW."Maje of it what you will"
