I have a 30 year old Cross Gold rollerball pen & could not find a refill anywhere. I spoke to a Naz Thazol & she said I should send the pen to her so they can look at the pen & cartridge. She not only did she kept me informed at all times they cleaned the pen & fixed the cap for me. This is what I call amazing service.

Awesome service!!! Thank you, Duncan Rens. I had a problem with my Michel Herbelin watch strap. The strap snapped where it joins the buckle. Without a quarrel or any hassle, Duncan arranged for a replacement, free of charge. The service was quick, exceeding my expectation and ultra professional.

HIlton and Bianca are absolutely amazing. I ordered a Michel Herbalin for my husbands 50th and i forgot to use the discount which was R1575. Hilton asked me to choose a pen set to that value. I chose something a bit more expensive and Bianca wavered the difference in payment. Hilton was extremely efficient and i will definitely recommend this site to all my family and friends.

The staff are very friendly and made my wife and I feel so welcome. They were very helpful and attended to my problem immediately, even though mine wasnt part of the guarantee. They offered me coffee, while I waited for a short while as they attended to my Michel Herbelin watch. Duncan, a technician did not charge me anything, for a job that I was quoted about R1300 at a few other places.
