Terrible experience here. Had a hairstylist do MK on my hair and it burnt my scalp so bad because she didn't even know how to apply it. Mk doesn't go on your roots! I emailed the manager and he said he would contact me and never did. If you do plan on going to Splush please ask for Juliet. She really helped me a great deal with dealing with my burning scalp and the after effects of the MK. She's the only reason I go back there.

Hi all. I made an appoint for 16:30 on 25.09.2022. On arrival I was asked was I the person that complaint about them before, to which I answered no. The stylist was in a hurry, did not wash my hair properly and styled my hair in 30 min, the client that was styled before me was not even half way. She left my roots undone and burnt my scalpt through the entire process. She flat ironed my hair in 5 min. The worst experience I ever had in a hairdresser. I was allmost in tears. Never ever will Splush see me or my family again.

Worst experience ever. Left woth my hair looking worst than when I went there. A simple wash and blow. The lady struggled to blow my hair. My hair was lifeless when I left. No shine nothing. Paid for a ghd styling as well also a mess. Never again.

I had the best treatment and service for my hair yesterday. Juliette was so professional and put so much effort into my hair.I would absolutely reccommend her service to anyone, especially if you have long and very thick hair.Thank you Juliette! You were just amazing!

The salon was able to help me last minute and I had a wonderful experience with Juliette, from the wash where she checked that the temperature and hand pressure was perfect and to guiding me on the best way to go about my new short and drastic hair cut. She took her time to make sure I was happy with my outcome and it recommended the necessary products I enquired about.

Great Service, Caroline explained everything about the treatment in detail . She had to assist with clients from the retail side when needed but I didn’t mind … it was the best Micro Keratin I have ever had with great results. Will definitely go back !

Not a pleasant experience. I could not wait to leave. Waste of time and money. The hairdresser was more concerned with having the other stylist finish off her hair. Unprofessional.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked an appointment for a simple wash and blow.There was only one person working in the salon/store and she had to assist customers in the shop. She was in between assisting customers and then doing my hair. What would’ve been a 1 hour job turned into me sitting there for 2 hours cause the stylist had to stop with my hair and go assist the customers in the shop. Don’t waste your time or money there.
