Absolutely pathetic. I spent R15000, buying various items. Aluminum windows glass were all loose and 2m shower screen shattered before installation. They provided no help with this and want to charge 15% handling fee for me to return the other unopened shower.Update : Nothing has been resolved. I was offered a 5% discount on the handling fee if I remove this review, which I refused. They also cannot tell me the glass is SABS approved. If it's supposed to be tempered glass or shatterproof glass.To the owner with your even more pathetic response. The fact that you chose to only mention the one issue and completely ignored the rest while your staff is incompetent when it comes to communication shows me I don't need any help with likes on my comment.It's shocking that an owner of a company that supplies below standard goods can come up with such a useless response to a customer.I'm sure your success will last forever..

My experience at Hyper Home was good. The service and staff was good and prices are very affordable.

Hyper Home sales and after-sales are exceptional. Friendly accommodating staff. Mohamed, Julie, and Bradley just to name a few. We purchased Grass from them and whilst we had some challenges with the installer, Hyper Home came to the rescue. Thank you, guys. We highly recommend this business, and hope they improve their advertising as they sure will be leaders in the industry with such good service and price.
