Poor service the controller lady shielded us from camera whilst in queue..pathetic

East Lynne ShopRite store is the best ShopRite store in Pretoria, it's always well stocked and there is always shopping specials on offer. I love this ShopRite store.

The service is poor. The last time I went there I wanted to buy cake and it was on the aisle with expiry date. The staff need customer service training.I asked one of the member there to help me with the price of small oven stove, he pretend as if he is going to call someone who will assist me, I waited there without any help...till I went to front line for assistance

Have to Give it to the cashier's working Hard especially on Bussy time's they Stay focused and kind.Management although can do bit improvement on Faster Help and responding to cashier's.

When busy too few cashiers. On old age pension grant days, money always runs out and has to be sourced trom other cashiers or in another way.

My last experience here was not welcoming enough, but yesterday, I had the most wonderful experience. The shelves are clear, including specials and promotions.The stuff is working hard to ensure quality service

My monthly grocery store.. I rate them 3. I found it difficult to shop when there is no price tag, one needs to be mindfull of shopping and not be surprised when you get to the till

First of all i am very disappointed that i am not allowed to rate (NO STARS) as this would be much more appropriate. There is so little service that it would not make sense to even mention the word service at all. Management is horribly rude and should not be allowed to work with the public at all. The price on each and every item, needs to be confirmed by using the price check scanner first as the task to deploy price tags is apparently so difficult, it seems as if the task is almost impossible to complete correctly. Shoprite head office needs to investigate this store seriously as the shelf prices and till prices never correspond, service is non-existent, Management is very poor, most of the fresh produce stopped being fresh in the 1960's and to top this off, it is a very good thing that the store does not charge extra for cockroaches as they are included in every sale. Please up all services, produce, management, cleanliness and people skills urgently!!! (This place is a total disaster) FYI, please make proper arrangements for overnight stay due to the fact that you are going to be in a queue at the till point for a very long period of time. I was 23 years old when i entered to buy a snack and by the time i reach the front of the queue, i was finally able to pay with my old age SASA pension card :)
