This place is pathetic!!!!!! I drove all the way from Rosebank to Emmarentia, upon my arrival at the store requested for a thigh and drumstick pieces and was offered a lousy dry breast and small wing. Called the store and was promised by Priscilla that the rightful pieces would be delivered, had to wait for a an hour for that order and still did not receive my order!!!! What a waste of my money.THEIR LEVEL OF SERVICE IS VERY BAD!!!!!!!!

THE WORST KFC IN SOUTH AFRICA!! Every single time I've been here I've had a bad experience. I went to the drive thru and was asked to park in the parking bays because they are getting the food ready and they will bring it to me. 28 minutes later, I'm still waiting. Until I decide to go into the restaurant and ask for my food which I get in 1 minute and it's super cold!! Why not just bring it to me in the parking?? The chicken is always re-fried and the chips are stale like they have been standing there the whole day. The ice cream machine is forever broken and the staff are super unfriendly with bad attitudes that make you feel like they are doing you a favour!I ordered a KFC twister and the wrap was soft and rubbery. It had so much of sauce inside it was hard to eat. There was also a soft smelly slice of tomatoe. There was 2 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole wrap and it was so stale and dry I gave it to my dog! So disappointing. 100% don't recommend!

Disgusting. I honestly don't know what to do with the family meal I just received. The chicken is so bland and zinger wings aren't spicy. They obviously trying to cut edges to not spend as much money on ingredients. I paid over R200 today and this inedible food is sitting in my house. U guys can come pick it up and give me a full refund today. If this is KFC's standard I am deeply disappointed.

How revolting! I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog. If this is the quality of lettuce you are serving up, I’d hate to have experienced the chicken or oil. Thank goodness I saw this before consuming it. Gross! R150 down the drain

Trash! I ordered a gravy only and received mash as well. How difficult is it to read instructions and comply? An apology is not going to remove this mash from my gravy, and replace it with gravy.

If I could, I would rate you a zero.My kids asked for kfc yesterday, and I ordered it for delivery... You call me to say you have no drivers and I said use another kfc... You agreed and said will deliver... Till today I haven't received my order. Are you trying to tell me that since today morning you still don't have a driver to deliver?This is an inconvenience to me and my kids I am disappointed and angry... So you just scammed me just like that? I doubt the consumer protection acts agrees with what you did to me and my kids... Shame on you.Why don't you just close the shop if you failing to run it?

Very poor quality chicken pieces overcooked and dry yo the point of bring inedible. Asked for two pieces got 1 reasonable size the other the smallest wing ever.

Whoever makes burgers here doesn't care at all. I always have to reassemble the burgers myself. The seasoning on the meat was off. The burgers were dry and had sauce only on one little spot. I will upload pictures soon
