These people are so good! I am sure they can solve any appliance problem.Fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc parts.I sent an email and Rhyno replied fast.The part did not fit even though it was for the same model and my money was returned.But then the salesman whose name I forgot, fixed the broken one perfectly.This was excellent service!Ps: Do not fear the queue. It moves super fast.

Its a well stocked shop, but always a que, very busy, not a bad thing, but needs to be improved, more sales persons perhaps. Then the parking in the busy street also not adequate for the shop. Mostly get the parts right the first time, although had a problem with a salesman giving all parts wrong, even though he worked on a model nr, but thats not the norm.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Client service is horrendous, we bought a chest freezer and in 3 months it broke down, but WE had to pay R250 for THEM to collect it at our house!!! And this is only one of the few incidents we had with them.
