Great product, but service sucks. Extremely challenging to get anyone to return your phone calls. Communication from Paul is totally unprofessional. Been trying for a week now to get baseplates but getting the run around. Also waiting for over a week now to try and find out what happened to the hinges for three gates that was delivered. Being totally ignored. Not recommending this company to do business with.

I can only say one word fantastic - I dealt with Brenda and Paul - I received prompt feedback and my order was filled and delivered as communicated to the last nut bolt and touch up paint by the Courier Guy ( good partnership there). Look this is not a cheap product but the quality and design is 100s!!! - in other words you get what you pay for and peace of mind. The bend in my property required I used a product that allows safe visibility for traffic and is this a Clear View alright. So we’re due to move into our new home tmw and you’ve has been telling us that the fence would be installed on Tuesday and now we get a one liner from your sales executive sent from someone else’s saying fencing will only be coated next week Thursday. No apologies nothing! Totally unprofessional and utterly bad service.
