They do not operate when load shedding.Food is of high standard, orders take long to be processed.

Service was excellent. Just the hashbrown on my box master was very very old. Still edible . Rest of our food was great. Love the new Tabasco chips. Wow

The food and service need improvement, give me refried food every time I order, have to complain to get proper food and then the staff pass comments☹Today was the same story again but I called the supervisor and showed her the refried pieces, she replaced it with fresh ones, and I'm grateful, but how many times more does this happen for them to change????

Staff does not that courtesy towards their staff and they do not inform the custommers if there are some challenges with his or her order and I have expirience such situation one day.

Terrible service but 100% nice chicken. I waited more than 40 minutes for my order and when I went forward to enquire, I was told, my order wasn't ready because I was served by Nondumiso and all her orders don't appear on the screen. But their chicken was great shame
