Not often I am floored by service but I must say Vetsak have impressed me with their professional business practices.

I had an excellent experience at Vetsak because of Christa. She was amazing to work with and showed me everything about Vetsaks, I absolute love the product. I bought a Vetsak sack and I love it. I’m definitely returning to buy more of their other products.

Not only highly recommended products but also highly recommended shopping experience because of Christa. She really made our shopping day a very special day. I was truly impressed of Christa‘s exceptional knowledge of the different products, covers and their benefits and how passionate she is about the products and in the end we walked out with two Vetsaks instead of one. From start to finish Christa provided an outstanding experience and I never had this much fun furnishing my home. Christa never rushed or pressured us into making a decision and was very pleasant and professional at the same time. She did the extra mile and you can really feel that customer satisfaction is of highest priority for her. This shopping and especially Christa really exceeded all expectations and that is why I feel the need to share my outstanding experience. Also the delivery was really fast and we could fetch the products already next day. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We placed our order on the 2nd of Jan 2023 with an expected delivery of 3-5 business days. After 10 days we had no updates and it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in the Cape Town store or head office. Eventually I got ahold of someone who was very nice and even he initially couldn’t get through to the manufacturer. He got back to me the next day saying that they were out of the color we wanted and that that color/style would only be arriving on the 20th of Jan. We agreed that this would be okay and that they would provide us with additional updates from now on from the 20th. On the 24th we received an update with an excuse saying the boat couldn’t dock for some reason and hence they would only be able to get our delivery out from the 26th. It’s now the 30th of Jan and we haven’t received one single update and I cannot get through to head office. Absolutely shocking experience. I Will never buy from them again.

Christa went above and beyond to help me get a new large inner when mine was soiled before guests were arriving. I really appreciate the assistance and will definitely remain an promoter for the brand to any friends and family after this experience!

Not impressed with this shop. I bought a medium vetsak as well as a footsak on 30 September 2022 in this store. Both had to be ordered but I managed to get the vetsak in store based on the material and color I wanted. The footsak (a little ottoman) which the lady in the store said takes up to a week, has still not arrived after more than a week. No contact whatsoever from the store and they're closed today when I attempted to contact them. So if you consider buying anything at this store, make sure to be willing to wait longer than what they say or buy what is on the floor. The vetsak I can't complain about, great product. But definitely not happy with the level of service. I expected much better for the rands I spent.

Service excellence is always appreciated and when staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed it's just awesome. Took time to explain different options; displayed the whole range available; gave us time to decide what suits us best; and we then bought more then we intended. Heheheee. Awesome range of goods. Great quality. Suitability of purpose. Happy customer.

My manager needed a pupsak urgently for one of her dogs. I got the most amazing service from Sue, Christa and Crystal. Thank you ladies, much appreciated. We will definitely be back for more .

Extremely fast and efficient service. Great quality products. And a side note, I like the Jack Parow introduction when you call them. It's the little things.
