Always wait for placing order uber eats take up their time and by the time you receive food the always have to tell us some of the food you ordered was not available

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Got the order wrong twice and still did not receive the correct order afterwards. The food tasted old and the chicken was dry. Asked and paid for extra sauce and did not receive any. The burgers inside the take away container , was not even put nice together. The sprinkle pops was burned and cold and tasted like old oil has been used. The food was cold when we received it. Very disappointed ! Would definitely recommend the KFC in Doornpoort ! They have the best service and quality of food! Would never support the KFC at Zambesi Junction or Kolonnade.

The quality of the food is better than the usual KFC's we use in our area.(1)The Chicken is fully cooked through, a great achievement as far as KFC goes these days :-)...well done.(2) Unfortunately they seem to have switched to Smash, unmistakable taste. (3) Service at the drive-through was fast.(4) Unfortunately the staff was not friendly. (5) We ordered 2 cone icecreams, they gave us 1 & we had to ask for the other after having received the rest of the order....i hope for it to be an honest mistake.

As per usual, with KFC, they did not have dunked wings ready. Had to wait very long for it, parked outside, and eventually got the order.... just to discover missing items when we got home. It can only get better.... I hope.

This is the LAST TIME I ever go to this KFC! I wish they would just close their doors. Received foor that smelled and tasted like chemicals! Through is straight in the dustbin! I hate this KFC!

What hog wash have been here for 20 min waiting in my car and still no correct order old chips shoddy service and expected to be okay with it. I was the second car waiting and a 3rd has pulled in what has become of fast food" what a joke what has a brand become. And not even a sorry just an oh well. And R20 for a Sunday the size of a key box master meal what blaned food not even cheese . KFC managers and staff should really be ashamed start pull finger and get stuff sorted."
