If you bought at Galpini Village please do not sign at wd Saayman. Wd Saayman got many to sign bonds with a crooked developer. They are eager to complete registration and Not so eager to help resolve issues.

I love these attorneys.They are super professional and they di both sleep on the job.When buying/seller your property they are the people to call.They make things happen.The ladies at the front (reception) are not so welcoming though.

Very slow, Bad service. Would definitely not recommend them, never keep you in the loop. Not helpful as soon as they have there money they take weeks to reply and have to beg for all information. one word USELESS.

Shocking service ito conveyancing. Communication and basic customer service is appalling to say the least. They will push for registration behind your back without your approval to favor the seller and just get things done. Send you emails with no steps on the process provided or ever explained. NEVER WILL I EVER USE WDSAAYMAN FOR ANYTHING. Chalk and Cheese compared to our BOND ATTORNEYS on the same transfer.
