Cato Manor Clinic

We got to the clinic at 7.30am yes the line was long but it's 2.37 when writing this and still the person I accompanied is still inside. They lost her file and they looked for it for hours. After that they did a new file for her which was turned back by the doctor and gave an instruction for the staff to look for the file. That took very long and now she is still inside. After finding the file the service is still very slow. People who came in way after her have now left the clinic. What kind of service is this? It's been 7 hours waiting to get service from a clinic that is suppose to serve the community. We going on 8 hours waiting now.

Although they take forever with the tea breaks but service is good

The facility is clean. The security personnel maintains order so well. The nursing staff is very organized and helpful. Quickest service I've ever received in a public facility EVER! GOD BLESS THEM

Why do you guys treat patients like they're not humans they don't feel anything ..... That's not professional I believe the management can do better unless everything in this clinic is as f...ckn bushit as the nurse who helped my girlfriend earlier this morning is...... Can you guys try to grow up put your family member in the patient's shoes, how would you feel if she/ he was treated the way you treat patients... No one forced you to go study nursing so do your job which includes making sure that community is happy with the way you treat them if you have problems try taking leave or day off if you can't handle your problems you end up talking to everyone as if they are nothing.....you are not paid to bully patients but you're paid to make sure they get help..... Please management do better tell your employees or units whatever you call them to treat our family members the way they would accept to be treated with Thank you

We were put in a very cold place and they told us it's the flu clinic. When I asked where the nurses were they said in a meeting. It's been an hour and a half and they still in a meeting. With Covid happening I expected everything to be fast. Disappointed

It is a great place, especially on Primary Healthcare. There is a range of services offered. There is Voluntary Counselling and Testing, Antenatal Care, Immunisation, Eye department and Minor Ailments. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The way the staff treats you is healing. The only disadvantage is that it operates only during the day and closes at night.

First time went to this clinic but the service was excellent just that Queue was a bit slowly but Keep up the good work.
