I would never advice anyone to work with this company. They are a scam... real time scammers. I have been waiting for a refund for paper they sold to me that I didn't request. I have been hearing stories left right and center. Thinking of even opening a case. They are a no go zone. I do not know why Epson could work with such suppliers. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS

Don’t bring your printers here. Service is poor and nonexistent. I even supplied the parts they never had only to say they forgot to do the job

Great service from desk staff both personally and over the phone. Ample parking. The card machine would not work. Ladies at the desk asked a woman who must have been their boss for assistance. She was rude, did not greet and walked off without helping. 100 % for the ladies at reception.

Just poor or even no customer service whatsoever. No product knowledge. No effort to even try. Just totally disappointed after being a supporter of many Epson printers. Better to deal with reviews online than to expect anything from Epson in South Africa.
