My friends car was there for repairs. Scratches on doors. They had to order new once apparently. Took nearly a month for a small job to be done. Will never settled for this time frame.When we went to collect one of their staff was smoking in the workshop (public place). Not good as their was still other people (staff and clients) in the workshop.Overall very neat and clean though.

Repaired my damages as expected, then found that they downed the visors before I left and found my brand new vehicles windscreen cracked in the left corner, appears pressure was applied from the roof to the windscreen after the vehicles was washed by RARC , had to replace it on my own cost as I could not prove it, however the inspection from them stated the windacreen had no issues. I will never use them or recommend them.

Although the repair time was longer than expected, they did keep me up to date and every individual I interacted with was a touch point of pride, purpose and professionalism. The repair work was without defect and my vehicle restored to factory specifications. Well done RARC team.

Our car after damages were referred to RARC and we are very satisfied with their customer service and the work done. They kept us updated every day and answered all queries in a timely fashion. They went beyond their duty to fix additional breakage not approved by the assessor.
