THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERI had an old patched up chip in my window; crack due to the rapid changes in heat and rain we recently had in Johannesburg. My insurer connected me to DGC Glass who then came to replace my window not too long after. When they left it was already late afternoon, my car was parked underground so I couldn't see much, everything seemed fine.When I eventually got into my car after work I felt something cut my legs and hands, driving out in the light I saw the entire inside of my car was full of small raiser sharp shards of glass, it was everywhere, I had gotten shards stuck in my hands and face [from scratching my face], I also had scratches on my legs and had to pick glass out of my skin with a tweezer. The glass was also in my air-con so who knows if I had breathed any of it in. Thank the Lord it didn't get into my eyes!!!When I called and complained they said nothing, no sorry, no we'll fix it, the only thing they could do for me was to send someone A WEEK LATER to clean the shards out my my car!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.Very unprofessional!I will NEVER recommend their services to anyone!

Having read through the reviews of this company, my first reaction was to avoid using them at all cost. My insurance company insisted and I must say I received very good telephone service and the repair work to the chip on my windshield has been great, hope it lasts.Thanks for keeping in touch Jaco and the efficient and first class workmanship.

I got my rear windscreen replaced, it was one thing that the wrong windscreen was ordered, having me sit and wait until the correct one arrives, the guys who worked on the car did not clean the glass shatter enough as they were rushing the whole process now my boot is giving me problems (not opening) because glass shatters keeps on getting stuck inbetween.

Went and booked an appointment to fit new windscreen with Collen, told me to come later at 4pm, got there I was out by 4:30pm, professionally done in minutes.

From first call this company was friendly and assistance quick. Same applies to the technician. They were late but warned me ahead. The difference however for 4 stars would have been if for arriving 50 minutes late as well as placing a sticker on my vehicle after I asked him to not to. Will still recommend and use in future.

I received the best service from this company.I requested to have car front window replaced late, just before I left for Cape TownThey were book up in my area but made an arrangement to have it done where I am in Cape Town.They kept their appointment but phoned me 1st thing on day of appointment to confirm. However on the Sunday my car broke down and was still at Beaufort West .They kept on checking up. I picked up my car on way back home.As soon as I arrived in Sandton my window was replaced.Excellent company.

To start off I am not someone who generally reviews a business , especially if it is negative because I dont want to do that to a business but they have shown me just how horrible this service of theirs can be. Highly disappointed is an understatement. If I could give them a 0 out of 5 I would.My front windscreen was cracked and I requested a quote from this company on 07 Jan 2022, around 10th of Jan I got the quote , great price , i was happy , wanted to proceed, responded to them on the 10th, no response, asked again on the 12 , no response, emailed them AGAIN on the 20th of Jan finally got a response. Then I responded back on the same day , by the 24th I received NO Response and emailed them again , still no response. So I left it.On the 9th of Feb my back windscreen was broken so now both had to be replaced front and back. I remember they had good prices when asked before , so I gave them another chance of course because who know what could had let to the lack of response, definitely tried them again .I phoned them this time, on the 9th of Feb , the gentleman said that he cant help me over the phone i need to email him, agreed and after the phone call i sent him an email with all the details. Not long after the email i sent he responded and provided me with a quote. Was so happy , was so sure last time it was an honest mistake . I had a query about the quote and asked them over email , no response , i fully get they could have been busy that day , but i was desperate as i need my car for work . And given previous lack of response from them i thought it would just be more convenient for everyone if i phoned them . I phoned them , the lady put me through to someone , i asked him if the installation is included, he asked me my name and details to find my quote, he said he’ll phone me right back after he found the quote because he doesnt want to waste my airtime. (How nice)i waited probably more than an hour , still no call back , i phoned back, ask the lady to put me through to the same guy i was talking to previously, i said i spoke to you earlier you said you would phone me back , he said to me no im mistaken i must have spoken to someone else (but i was pretty sure it was him) nevertheless we continued , he answered my queries , i asked please can we make an appointment, he said no i have to respond to the email and ask for an appointment, then we said bye and i did that . By the end of the day , I still had NO response, so I drove alllll the way from Fourways , to Edenvale to speak to someone in person and to get a booking. A very nice and friendly gentleman helped me there , he took down my details and said that someone will call me in the next 15-20mins to make a booking with me. I left , happily fully confidant that someone will…. Its been 8 days and im still waiting for that phone call , WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.Clearly they dont want business.

Scratches my car and left the rubber teared had to call them back for a rubber and scratch they don't want to repair the scratches but the rubber is replaced

What brilliant service!!!!We submitted a claim through our insurer King Price. I received a call from a friendly gentleman and he advised that they would send us the invoice for the access which needed to be paid. We paid this and we received a call within a couple of hours and they made an appointment to repair the windscreen. The guys who installed the windscreen were on time, professional and they did a great job!!Thank you to all the staff involved!!! Much appreciated!!!Steven de Villiers
