I went to try and get a copy of my Academic Record / Transcript. I anticipated the worst as I have been battling online and telephonically for 3 months now. What a wonderful experience. I was in and out with my Transcript in under 15 minutes. Thank you for the efficient service.

What a bad experience, Sthe who works at the reception of the colleges should not be working in a student facing role. Rude and unprofessional. So disappointed in the service (lack thereof) and unprofessionalism at this institution.

Online it says you close at 4pm but were closed before 3.30pm. I have travelled from George to register and drove all the way from Edenvale today. This is because I cannot register online and my numerous emails and phone calls never get answered. Bloody ridiculous! Not to mention the rude and unhelpful security guards.

I was at unisa florida yesterday. I felt so small. The attitude from Vuyo( matric board),she seats behind the Education advisors. That girl is sooo rude. My question is, why is she there if she doesnt want to help? They forget that the reason they are its because of us students, if there are no students registering with the school, who will they offer service to? Who gives the right to speak to students anyhow? Thanks to the 1st lady that helped me, i was happy with her service but not this one....i wish theres a place where you can complain and be heard
