Extremely happy with our couch from Pascal couches. The quality is very good and the service is excellent. Was told that we would receive the couch 3 weeks after purchase but it was delivered before 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good couch at an affordable price

Couch is gorgeous. Fabric is great. When we arrived at the shop we had the intention of looking, but the prices were undeniably better than competitors and after a conversation about specs and customisations, we bought it on the spot. Had the couch 2 months and extremely happy with the purchase.

This was a great purchase experience. The showroom allows you to sit on all the couches, finding your best fit. Excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to choose fabric and size are great plusses. My couch arrived almost a week before the agreed on delivery date. Delivered on a Saturday afternoon by an able and courteous team. Super impressed.

Amazing quality. Got the Oslo two seater in arrow wood" and the colour looks just as presented on the website. Material is soft to the touch and stitching and upholstery is precise - even the inside of zip cushions look neat. Strong wooden frame and legs yet not bulky. It was also completed in just a week and a half - much quicker than the estimate."

Beautiful, styled furniture, and at these affordable prices some manufacturing defects (such as alignment and chips in the wood where screws are) are minor and understandable. There was a defect to one of the legs in my Oslo" three Seater l-shape couch (it was wobbly with a damaged thread)

Great quality couch at a good price, especially with the current sale. The team is trying their best but seem quite over-subscribed at the moment. Communication around the delivery time and payment process could have been clearer and more accurate. Having more than one working point of contact in the company would be helpful.
