This clicks can't call it self a pharmacy, doesn't have a dispensary. Some grocery stores have a better medicine selection.

The pharmacists are essentially useless and frankly disinterested, often seen playing on their phones. Two months ago they gave me totally wrong dosage of some of my heart meds!! This is shocking beyond belief. This useless and poorly stocked store beats no resemblance to the good old local pharmacies of the past . The mess with my situation was blamed on the fact that a locum had served me - the inference then being that one must accept complete incompetence from stand in pharmacists It’s disgusting

Very dissapointing clicks..staff members not helpfull and actually rude and even laughf amoungst themselfes and obvious it cause i questioned something as did lady before me seems staff have great entertainment out of being as difficult as possible..will not be back

The phone is on automatic. The line then drops. They Short supply meds and they never call to confirm the balance of meds arrived . No communications.I wonder Clicks HO even reads the message.

This must be the most useless Clicks branch.Staff have no product knowledge or just don't care.

I went to this store on friday 27 september 2019. First of all i was not aware it was being renovated as such everything in the store was dusty, the store was smelling of dust. My sinuses flared up immediately. Then I was looking for a kettle I found one out of a box and the price underneath was 199. So I took it to the till to ask if that was the one for 199 since it didnt have a barcode. The cashier askes ME where the box was. I was so floored because I was thinking did she really think i was that stupid to take the kettle out of the box? Anyway the supervisor happened to be next to this cashier because they were chitchatting anyway before i came up and during serving of customers which is annoying on its own as well. The supervisor was saying in a rude way, NO it can't be 199 and it has to be above 300. Anyway we checked the fliers and it was over 300. What I do not understand though is the store is so small why can't they keep items and proper prices to make it easy for customers when coming to buy. This by the way cannot be blamed on the renovations as i have never found things with the right prices at this store! Also why are the staff useless and always chitchatting even when there's customers to be served or need assistance on the floor? Also what made them think it was right for them to be rude to me. Lastly if the store is being renovated why does it not close until these are done or someone cleans the dust daily to ensure customers find clean products? As a result of going to the store on friday i have been suffering from sinuses.

Despite being much smaller than many other Clicks branches, this store is very well stocked with everything that you might need including Vitamins, gift ideas and beauty products.

Kagiso the manager was extremely rude and kept on interrupting me without listening to my story.The rest of the team was very helpful and friendly. A lady called Tshego assisted me by going the extra mile. Kagiso can learn a lot from you!

This Clicks is useless they take your payment for the COVID Vaccine without checking if there is enough vaccine mixed, the clinic sister is rude and unhelpful
