All the hairstylists are phenomenally skilled and talented. I have been doing my hair at this salon for more than ten years and will never have my hair done elsewhere!!!! Absolutely trust them and always worth it.

A big thank you to Bianca for the professional service. I had my fringe cut with her in 2016 and have been holding on to that one very good experience since then.I recently visited Cape Town and had a treatment and cut and managed to see Bianca again, she did not disappoint!!!!She asked me what I wanted to have done, looked at a few pictures and did exactly what was asked and more!!! To say that I am happy with the service her service is an understatement. Everyone at the salon was kind and special thanks to who I think is the owner for showering my little girl with genuine kindness!My biggest regret was that I was not able to see Bianca again before leaving but all the more reason to visit again. A big thank you to Bianca and team.

Unfriendly people…not kid friendly at all. The lady I think the manager, short blond hair, pointed and yelled at my daughter(2 years old) who was crying because she was upset. The lady had the nerve to tell me this is not normal behaviour and then tell me she’s worked with children. Clearly not, you don’t scream at an upset child AND ESPECIALLY NOT WHEN ITS A child that doesn’t know u! And she followed me all the way out to continue her non sense opinion about my child. RIDICULOUS person. Horrible salon Horrible service.

I have used their services twice before and was incredibly pleased that they use Wella products! They stylist Margo was pleasant, and treated me well. The owner, who I recognise by her voice really needs a bit of introspection on dealing with not just clients but honestly people in general. I am astonished Mrs Fowder, as you so proudly mentioned you name to which was tainted by your undeniable rudeness. She was unwilling to listen to me when I asked questions, responded arrogantly and told me she is doing this for 26 years. Mam people come back for service. Please consider being kinder to everyone, not just your clients. I you could of conveyed the same message in a different way.I will encourage people to visit this salon and decide for themselves. My intention is to be honest. As for me and my hair, we will not be returning.I pray your heart changes and that you will start to have revelation of how you make others feel.I forgive you for being rude, I beg you to be kinder. People always remember how you made them feel.I have seen the negative reviews against you specifically but decided to not go on other people’s opinions, however I have to comment on my own experience. I was left spoken to rudely, felt so hurt to be spoken down to, and incredibly surprised at the owners heart condition.Mrs Fowder, please be kind and pleasant. It really doesn’t cost anything❤️

Yasmeen is a world class hairdresser! She gave me the best haircut I have ever had. Highly recommended!!!

Bianca transformed my hair. After a terrible experience at a different salon, my hair was left dehydrated and damaged. Bianca took the time to understand what I wanted done with my hair and then suggested additional steps to repair the damage that was done by the previous salon. The experience was great because the staff and owner were extremely professional and also welcoming, warm and attentive. I walked out of there feeling on top of the world. My hair is completely transformed. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a nice consultation with the stylist and felt good about getting services. I was looking at hair extensions and a Brazilian blowout. I had booked a consultation without being informed there would be a charge. After the consult for services worth close to $800 US I was told there was a 200 rand fee for the consultation, however if I got a service that moment the fee could be applied to services. I asked if that fee could be applied to my services in the future as I had not been prepared for services at that moment, just a consultation. I was told no. When I said that I’ve never been charged a consultation fee anywhere in the world the woman behind the desk quipped that they do in London and that’s where she’s from. I’ve had extensions for 15 years and have gotten them done all over the world. I’ve never been charged for the initial consult, however I would have been fine paying and having it applied to future services. A really unfortunate experience.
